Crisol Promenade

We had a great stay! The property is very clean and well maintained. We had a 7th floor room with a gorgeous view of the city, the mountains and the sea. The wrap around balcony was wonderful. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Nous avio s la meilleure chambre celle du 7 eme avec grande terrasse. Et vu sur la mer. Le premier jour le chauffage n.etant pas encore ouvert la reception nous a monter un radiateur. Pas de petit dej mais la brasserie en bas est tres sympa.

La habitación tenía mal olor y no tenía blackout en la ventana lo cual impidió poder descansar de manera completa !!! Creo que deberían mejorar en estos temas

Flott beliggenhet nær tog og strand.Utrolig hyggelig betjening og fint rom og bad,god seng! Pga dårlig vær,spiste vi på restauranten i samme hus- anbefales ikke!! Bor gjerne der ved neste besøk til Nice.

A nice hotel near to the tramline. Staff were lovely. The room itself was a little tired & could do with being redecorated. We had a balcony which was nice. There is a lot of traffic noise as the hotel is on quite a busy junction. On the day of checkout the lift was out of order. I reported it on the hotel website but did not get a reply. In the end we had to haul our luggage down 4 flights of stairs.

Great rooms while small…hotel size apts offer sea view balconies with a good view of the Mediterranean and the units are clean and functional. The balcony is fantastic with blue chairs for excursion planning or winding down. Water is hot and very well cleaned. Good windows that cancel sound and privacy power shutters!!

Propreté de la chambre moyen. Hôtel bien situé, par contre bruyant par les bruits extérieurs du tram qui passe devant notre chambre, beaucoup de circulation.

Cela fait un an que nous allons régulièrement dans cet hôtel depuis son ouverture, je trouve que celui ci se dégrade très vite, certainement à un manque d’entretien régulier. À vouloir tout automatiser, le Check in devient très compliqué et ne justifie pas le nombre d’étoiles de l’hôtel. Si vous n’êtes pas inscrit sur leur propre plate-forme, vous n’aurez pas votre chambre, ce qui n’est pas précisé sur les plateformes. C est d’un compliqué, tout doit se faire depuis votre téléphone!!! Reste à espérer que vous ne tombiez pas en panne de batterie, sinon pas de chambre. Quel dommage pour un hôtel qui pourrait être si bien. Autre manque , c est le service petit déjeuner
