Excellente restauration Un personnel aux petits soins et très réactifs

L'emplacement est complètement isolé. Très difficile d'accès.

Absolutely loved Hanasa. Amazingly friendly staff, great food choices, beautiful views from the private pool.

The staff is very nice, especially Thuy (reception) who was kind and always ready to help. The hotel overall is charming, with a magnificent view above the rice fields + a nice swimming pool. The food is good!!

There are some small downsides: - the bathroom had a shower in the corner without a shower tray so whenever we took a shower, lots of water was on the ground and did not drain fast enough. We also could smell the sewage from the drain. - hotel located at the bottom of a sloping street (but good location in Pu Luong overall) so the taxis must wait at the top of the street. Not easy if you have lots of luggage’s and the bellboy (who’s really nice) is not available. Overall it is a nice hotel, it just needs some quick fixes :)

La nourriture pas très bonne et obligé de commandée des heures à l avance si on veux que ce soit prêt pour le repas, piscine de notre chambre interdite à partir de 19h sous peine de 50 usd d'amende, avec un personnel qui surveille prêt à nous faire payer. La piscine principale n'a plus de vue car cachée par des petite cabanes. Une pente monstrueuse pour atteindre l hôtel. Et la clim interdite à certaine heure. Bref un panorama à couper le soufle mais le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas d'autant qu'on a eu le droit à un mariage dans le voisinage avec musique à fond.

The breakfast is poor, and it is hard to get good food in the area, I was there, and it was raining so much and my baby was only 17 months and I requested food for my baby in the room but they said the policy does not allow me to eating inside I ask again if I can have food in the bangcony? They also do not allow us and down in the valley, the wind and rain are so dirty that even taxis can't get down that small road. My two babies and, I starved and waited for the rain to stop. The restaurant of the hotel does not have good food If we want food there also must walk in the rain to come, no telephone in the room you must have your mobile phone and search the mobile number of the hotel to call them, If your phone has no battery or is no credit card In case emergency how would you community? So I think the hotel should have a landline. When we arrived at there very difficult to know the way to go down into the valley there no signs or someone on the main road to direct visitors I got off the car and had to ask people. The cookies in the fridge have been expired for months and they're still there. My baby eats one and there is one after I check the expiration date.
