Hanasa Pu Luong Resort

The room was very clean. The bed is very comfortable.

The room is not protected very good from insects. The pool in the room was dirty.

The resort is absolutely stunning & the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We especially liked the naturally swimming pool & the views of the surrounding area. We absolutely loved our stay at Pu Luong. The team treated us like family, we wish we had stayed longer but can’t wait to go back some day!

The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Excellent views of the mountains and rice fields from the bedroom and the gardens were gorgeous. Good location in the heart of the Kho Muong area. Bikes are definitely needed to explore further sights of Pu Luong and can be rented from the hotel. The food in the restaurant was good when we got it. Most of the staff were very kind and helpful.

The resort is quiet expensive and unfortunately in comparison to other properties in the area I don't think it's the best value for money. The pool water was dirty and there were no sun loungers or any area to sit by the pool, which almost made it pointless apart from being nice to look at. As mentioned previously the staff were lovely but we were reapeatidy ignored by one member of staff and kept waiting for long periods of time while she was on the phone. The bikes are expensive for the area. My partners meal was forgotten at dinner so he didn't end up eating.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is nice, the view from bungalows is unreal the rice fields terraces, nice pools and food. The facility is clean and very well maintained. All bungalow had a balcony with an amazing view We booked a package with them, and they arrange transfers from Hanoi and to Ninh Binh. Many things to do outside the hotel if you want to walk around the rice fields. The area has very few tourists and is calm and quiet. Thank you for a great experience.
