Hanasa Pu Luong Resort

Very nice view, nice food and breakfast as well. Room service is awesome and the staff is nice.

Location could be better, rooms not completely sealed from outside so Insects could come in

First of all we would like to thank every single member of Hanasa staff becouse they made us feel at home (or even better). Hanasa is heaven on earth all surrounded by an incredible flora. It is maybe the best hotel we have ever been in. We stayed in a room with private pool and everything was superb, very clean and so confortable. Very good quality WIFI and stunning view from the room. Its restaurant -in which we had breakfast, lunch and dinner- was also amazing. They also managed us transport from and back to Hanoi in a very confortable bus and a great tour through Pu Luong. As I have said: càm ón, Hanasa… we will never forget you and we will stay here whenever we are back in your beautiful country.

Great option to stay if you plan to visit Pu Luong. New hotel with incredible views of the rice fields and the mountains. The staff is very helpful and always taking care of you. You must try the restaurant, they have amazing food for the hotel clients. 100% recommended.

It's the most beautiful place I've ever stayed, hands down. The resort and rooms are gorgeous, with unrestricted views of the mountains and rice patties. It's really fun to walk around and take pictures if the harvest (we stayed at the end of May). There was only one other couple here the whole time and the staff was excellent, friendly. The owners are very nice as well

There's an issue with electricity, perhaps due to the remote nature. We found this pretty difficult as the electric was out about 50 percent of the time, including overnight. If you need electric for a cpap or oxygen this would be a serious issue. However it's so beautiful we could forgive this. It's just unexpected at the price and under the name "resort". The owners were quick to serve us dinner and drinks for free, but I'd call this more of an ecolodge until that issue is resolved, and price it .ore around $70/night. There's also a crack in the sliding back door of the room so you will be chasing out bugs. I also got very sick one day, unsure if it had something to do with the food or just a quick virus. However, I would stay here again easily due to the beauty and the kindness of the staff. Also it's small, and employs locals, and just generally feels like they are trying to support the village which we REALLY liked. When I hot sick they extended our stay no problem and were so attentive. I cannot recommend the staff enough. Hopefully the electric is resolved soon.

The room was beautiful, the private pool was clean and refreshing. The dinner was very tasty, I recommend the duck! The staff were the best part of our stay. They were so kind and really went above and beyond to help us, especially when the power was out.

The whole area was without power during day hours while we were there (which was not their fault) and the AC did not work in our room (when power was on). However, they offered us a room in another hotel with AC and a complimentary meal—which made up for this!

Welcoming, polite, helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and spacious room with a beautiful view! Tasty meals :) Pu Luong is a stunning and magical place.
