Full Moon Apartments & Villa - Hoi An

What a lovely and central place Moon has here. She really goes out of her way to make you welcome - so do her staff. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was big enough for me….it would be big enough for two. I will book the penthouse when I come next time. I had a Quick Look at it and it looks GREAT!

Family run business with extremely friendly staff! The location was perfect just outside of the old town and close to many restaurants and shops. The pool was great and the apartment very modern and large . This is excellent value for money.!

The team was amazing. Ricard is an absolute legend who always went above and beyond when asked re restaurants , shopping ,etc etc . Hayley in reception was equally amazing and so was the rest of the team .

Staff were fantastic. Apartment with kitchen & separate living area was very spacious and comfy. Lots of restaurants / bar and few minutes walk away. Close to Old town Hoi An - fantastic location

the staff were friendly and the room was fantastic: two bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen. very nice pool. breakfast each. morning. we loved it. location was good, close enough to town. It's a family run establishment, you can tell, they care about guests, and service. It was really a great place to stay, highly recommend.

room 19 had pump sounds from the roof that came on once in a while. i noticed it but other family members didn't. the breakfast could be better for vegans, but it was ok otherwise. they should turn on the AC for breakfast.

Great location near the river and restaurants but slightly quieter than some of the manic areas of Hoi An. We enjoyed the situation and fab pool area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were huge, we ended up splitting one breakfast order between two.

There was consternation when we turned up with 5 people and wanted a third bed made up in the family apartment. If I search for suitable accommodation for five and specify the ages of my kids then booking.com a) shouldn’t show me any accom that doesn’t want 5 people and b) if my booking is accepted then the accom provider should be told that the so-called optional sofa bed is required. I assumed I had met all requirements from my end. It’s difficult to find combined or adjoining accom for a family of five and I thought I’d found a good option. Something was lost in translation.

Rooms and property looks just like the pictures. The apartments were spacious and super clean. The staff is very friendly and we loved our fresh breakfast each morning!

As other people have said before, right next door is a pickle ball hall. The balls and players honestly didn't make too much noise, it definitely didn't disturb us or our sleep. The only negative thing was one afternoon/ evening where there was a special event (?) where they played extremely loud music and sang (badly) karaoke from 5-9pm. THIS was extremely annoying but according to the staff, this doesn't happen all the time. This is NOT the apartments fault at all, but I just need to mention this as we travelled with our little daughter who couldn't fall asleep due to this noise. I do feel sorry for the full moon apartment owners as this is out of their hands. Still, we loved our stay there, the staff was helpful and friendly and the apartments and grounds were immaculate.
