AUGreat apartment close to the old town (we used Grab in and out but definitely walkable) . Great amenities and even better staff. Ricard looked after us so well, checking in on us on his day off even - booked tours and massages for us - even drove my husband to the massage! Simple breakfast options - Western and local - but a great start to the day. Great restaurant across the road the overlooks the river. As people have mentioned their is a pickle ball complex next door. Honestly didn't bother us despite being beside it, seemed to finish before we went to bed and one or two games early in the morning. Rhythmic beat of the ball and a little bit of cheering was not an issue for us.

GBGBA lovely apartment with good facilities, warm showers of a good pressure, comfortable beds, lovely fluffy towels in nice bathrooms (we were in the 2 bed apartment with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms). Breakfast was nice a few simple options but quite filling. The pool area was lovely and much enjoyed by our children at the beginning and end of the day. And just to praise the staff and owner who were fantastic, super helpful and friendly and willing to help organise taxis, tours give info on things in Hoi An and Da Nang. I give them a 10 which I don’t do often as I think it was a friendly local business, great value in a lovely location (opposite some lovely riverside restaurants) across the water from Hoi An Memories and about 15 mins stroll to the edge of the old town (20 mins to the chaos!).
It was quite noisy, not for the pickleball in the 2 bed, more the cockerels and I think some aircon units on the roof. Not major as you get used to it and not down to the staff
AULovely spacious apartment opening to a balcony. Other apartments were able to use the balcony but they did so rarely as there was ample room at the pool side. Excellent aircon..separately in bedroom and living room. Breakfasts excellent Bed comfortable.Good quality linen. Great shower. Kitchen with Induction hobs. No oven. Electric kettle. China, cutlery, cooking knives.
No view from main room. Bedroom looked onto.an area used for parking.. but there was a lovely view over the street to houses by river from balcony..
USAUThe location was a convenient walk to the old town. You need to ask the staff to make up your room if you have a lengthy stay like we did. The website advertises cocktails and a food menu. These were not available during our stay. There is a handful of dishes available for breakfast. The staff would benefit from witting the orders down…
