The only problem was the pickleball courts next door to the apartments with games starting as early as 5am. Made it difficult to sleep. A really good set of ear plugs might help!
SIVery nice and new apartments not too far from the old town (15 min walking). We loved the pool, breakfast was also very nice. Staff is very friendly.
Nothing. The only thing I wish was they had free bicycles for guest to use as many places in Hoi An have.
USBeautiful apartment looking over the pool. My wife likes to go to bed before I do so it was nice to have a separate room with a sofa and tv when I stayed up or when we were hanging out. Just far enough from the historic core to be relaxed but an easy walk to get there when we needed. Great restaurants across the street including one that takes credit cards (nice for your first night at n the country). Super friendly staff and the pool area had really nice seating options. Oh, and my wife reminded me, it was the most comfortable bed we’ve had on this trip.

1.A noise from pickle ball court next to hotel (after 2 nights we got used to it 😀) 2.Price list for feature damages. They charge very high prices for broken/lost dishes /damages. 3.Hot water were limited for 3-5 minutes of shower and after that we should wait half an hour for next shower..

NZThe apartment was so beautiful! The location, the pool and the whole place was brilliant. Our stay in Hoi An was lovely and Rich looked after us when we wanted laundry, bikes and a taxi.
Two reasons I detracted from 10. 1. The first night we got put up in what we designated the 'chicken room' as our original room needed modification. This room seems to be right next to a chicken farm and the rooster went off at 4, 5 and 6... Beware if you get the chicken room. 2. The manager of the hotel seemed to enjoy trying to upsell, but to the point everytime we saw her, she tried to get us to do a tourist thing. Bit annoying and maybe leave it if the first time it doesn't work. If you get a good room and don't mind pushiness, the place is really brilliant.
CAVery welcoming, kind, and helpful staff. The apartments are comfortable. The location is great for daily walks to Ancient Town. And breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place for families!
