Great location with just a short walk to the main shops and restaurants and the staff and service provided was excellent. Great breakfast choices and good quality food

The 2 bedroom apartment worked for our family with the layout of the property. The pool was great, always super clean. The staff were so welcoming and helpful for the whole time we stayed.

The pool was great, beds were really comfortable and the room was specious. The staff was kind and helpful and helped us to arrange excursions and transportations. The hotel was very well kept and maintained. The breakfast was cooked separately to every guest and it was delicious.

The pickleball hall next door woke us up earlier than we wanted to, but we just put on ear plugs. It would have been nice to have both coffee and juice at breakfast, now we could choose only one of the options.

This place exceeded all expectations. The staff, along with the owner Moon, are incredibly kind, attentive, and generous - you truly feel cared for. The entire property is very clean, and the swimming pool is easily one of the cleanest we’ve seen in Vietnam. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is also very good, within a short walk from the old city. We had a fantastic experience and would gladly return.

Great apartment rooms, very clean and tidy. The staff are amazing and it’s a good location just on the river front very close to the Hoi A memories show.

They have a bar and cocktail menu but didn’t really have the ingredients or set up for that full poolside bar experience.

Lovely beds, clean crisp sheets/linen, hot water, super clean and the most amazing staff - we were very sad to leave and will certainly return!! The location is brilliant and the pool is a bonus and much needed after a hot day of tourning Moon the owner is simply lovely.

Small annoyance - The fire exit sign in the one bedroom is super bright at night - would be good to be able to dim or turn this off

Friendly staff and located a short 10-15 min walk from old quarter. Well appointed spacious, clean apartments with very comfortable beds. Everything you could need. Fabulous pool which we all made good use of while there. Again, pop in some ear plugs for the nearby roosters and pickleball courts who make early starts.

The staff are great. The place is clean with beautiful crisp white bedding and large fluffy towels. They provide pool towels too. Breakfast is basic. 2 options available Phó or eggs. They both come with a fresh fruit platter coffee/tea or juice. We had the eggs. They come fried or scrambled with toast and some salad. Lovely restaurants across the hotel overlooking the river. We had a lovely time. Very good value for money.

Wish they provided chairs and a small table in the balcony and maybe a luggage rack. But in truth we were very happy and hope to stay again.

We liked the home-like feeling as soon as we checked in and the staffs were extra cordial to make our stay pleasant. The location and breakfast was good. as it is a family run apartment, everything was taken care nicely and all the necessary amenities that one could ask for. Haley at the Reception was very welcoming and supportive.

The door locks were quite unusual and had a system which was difficult for us to adapt so we struggled with that. Rest was all good
