Difficultés pour le checkin, et une aide minimale, par whatsapp. De plus j ai signalé le premier après midi que je ne voulais plus recevoir le petit déjeuner ( une boîte accrochée à ma porte chaque matin) mais il a été amené qd même pendant 3 jours supplémentaires. Douche minuscule, une cafetière mais pas de tasse dans le studio, une plaque induction mais ni poêle ni casserole, et aucune réponse a mes demandes

Apesar de esteticamente bonito, o sofá estava cheio de manchas, as luzes da cama não funcionavam, a cama não tinha lençol nem estava bem feita, o lava-mãos estava entupido, e a limpeza deixava a desejar.

Nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas sin coste alguno. La persona que gestiona la reserva estuvo muy disponible y muy atenta a nosotras. La decoración del apartamento es bonita. Hemos estado cómodas durante nuestra estancia.

Style over substance. We booked Five Star Lisbon Alcântara Lofts expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences we've had. The air conditioning worked intermittently and, bizarrely, it wasn't possible to properly cool both areas of the apartment at the same time. During warmer periods this made the space quite uncomfortable. The apartment itself prioritises aesthetics over practicality. The walkway through the kitchen is unnecessarily narrow, making it awkward to move around. One of the biggest selling points appears to be the "swimming pool". In reality, it was a green pond. It's signposted throughout the building as a swimming pool, but during our stay it looked more suitable for fish than guests. The most frustrating issue was the WiFi. We reported that it wasn't working within two hours of arriving and followed up every day of our stay. Despite repeated assurances, the problem was never resolved. As a result, we had to rely entirely on our mobile data and exhausted our allowance. If you're planning to work remotely, avoid this property at all costs. Because the WiFi never worked, the smart TV was also unusable, leaving us with no entertainment when we weren't out exploring Lisbon. To top it off, the bathroom door didn't close properly. Not a major issue for a married couple, but potentially very uncomfortable if you're travelling with friends or colleagues. Given all of the above, the "Five Star" in the property's name feels highly misleading. The only five-star aspect of this stay was the level of disappointment. Lisbon itself was fantastic. Unfortunately, this accommodation was not. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others. :::

Location was great and good security. Nice to have a washing machine & dishwasher. The breakfast was convenient but difficult to contact, as there was no answer.

This place felt like a shell with little attention to detail. The kitchen was not set up well to use eg no oil / seasoning to do any kind of basic cooking. There was a coffee machine with only 2 coffee pods and no milk, which felt very cheap for something I’d be spending more than €300’per night on. There was only 1 outlet st each bedside so you had to choose between your charger or a bedside light. Again, just feels like little attention to detail for a place you’re paying a premium for. In terms of the staff - this was the biggest disappointment for me. I was offered a concierge service from Pedro, who offered to help with local recommendations. When I asked for one, he never replied and never got back to me. That was the end of that. The staff managing the apartments were even more disappointing. Originally I had booked for a different location closer to the conference Center, but apparently had to be moved due to water damage. The only option I was given was for this apartment or a refund (1 day before arriving - a refund alone was not going to suffice for the inconvenience caused). There was no extra attention paid to us and they refused to cover my Ubers that I now needed to get daily to the conference. On booking, I was also promised a free airport transfer. When I tried organising this with the team, they said it was not covered and I had to discuss this with Booking.com and who told me to follow it up with the accommodation themselves. I had screenshots proving the free service, but once I sent them through, the team stopped replying despite multiple messages trying to reach them and clarify. Overall it was a disappointing experience despite the amazing location. The team itself was the worst part of it, as although they had inconvenienced me originally, I was the one left trying to follow up on responses and waste my time organising things they could have assisted with. I wouldn’t stay with Lisbon 5 Stars again.

Good location, clean, comfy. Very well equipped.

Access with digital keypad system -> completely visible to busy street and opposite windows No physical shielding to protect entry code from onlookers. Extra precautions when accessing and leaving valuables.
