"Lovely setting. Service with a frown."

The hotel is located in a lovely setting with beautiful trees and gardens around it. The pool is very nice to use as it is salt water.

The staff were intent on making our stay most unpleasant. One rather felt like a small child having to bow to ludicrous make them up as you go 'rules &regulations wielded by the serving staff. Breakfast was served particularly unwillingly and machines were unplugged 15 mins before the time window for service had even closed leaving guests in a situation in which they had to beg for a coffee. Service with a frown I do not find acceptable in a top rated hotel. The staff need training and manners.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, we were upgraded to the suite, lovely surprise. Beautiful breakfast room with a great buffet breakfast served. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere . Good location for sight seeing.
