Luxurious, clean, quiet and comfortable in a brilliant location. Staff super friendly showing around and explaining how everything worked. Bed incredibly comfortable! Pool was also excellent.

Nothing, if I’m being picky the room just needed a rug to be a little more cosy, but that’s super picky!

Close to shops, restaurants, attractions. Beautiful gardens and quiet atmosphere, you feel like you’re tucked away from the city. Excellent room service breakfast and great restaurant.

The housekeeping service wasn’t consistent. We had to ask several times for amenities that weren’t refilled. Staff interactions were inconsistent. Some staff very kind and helpful. Others were rude and condescending. We’ve never stayed at a luxury hotel before and it felt like we were treated strangely because we didn’t understand “luxury culture.” Perhaps just wasn’t the right place for us.

We stayed in the old Building 1 and it was fab! Great olde worlde tiling and super comfortable beds.

We experienced some attitude from staff — first at the bar and then again the next day when we tried to enter the (open) restaurant 15 minutes before the official opening time. The location was also in quite a downtrodden neighbourhood.

Great location , not too busy accessible to all areas .
