This beautifully restored 19th-century residence, once left unoccupied for 15 years, has been brought back to life by its current owners with remarkable dedication. Over the course of four years, they meticulously renovated both the building and its grounds, and the result is truly stunning. Every detail has been carefully considered, with thoughtful choices of materials that honour the history and character of the property. The grounds are exquisite—lush, tranquil, and perfect for lounging or quiet reflection. The pool, nestled among greenery, offers a peaceful retreat with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. Best of all, the hosts are exceptionally gracious, making our stay not just beautiful, but genuinely warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone seeking charm, comfort, and authenticity.

Great breakfast. Room matches the photos. Old building which has been renovated recently. Beautiful scenery.

Confusion with check in time - booking.com says 15.00 but we weren’t able to check in until 16.30. We were expecting a quiet town, but be warned there was no where to have dinner at all, we had to drive to the next town over.

A beautiful villa in a very beautiful village near Lago Maggiore and Lago Mezzo. There is a private closed parking. Very cozy and atmospheric apartments with everything you need inside and a beautiful view from the balcony. There is a private wine cellar with a good selection of wine. Welcoming and welcoming staff. I especially remember the excellent breakfast in a stunning setting. We hope to come back to you again!
