Cigarette burn on the bed. Two small dinky pillows. Kids screaming and crying for hours. Outlets dirty.

There are no face towels when asked for face towels they said they don’t give out face towels. The cable didn’t work in the room said zero signal. Bed was nice pillows were a joke they were flat like there wasn’t a pillow even there. Shallow walls people next door and up stairs were loud stomping around all night. Won’t stay there again.

I rented two rooms, which were supposed to be renovated. One room did not have a mirror or a working microwave the other one smell like cigarette smoke. The towels were dirty and ripped overall, the cleanliness was not there

this is the second time I stayed here the first time I didn't have a good stay but this second time everything was different I'm happy with my stay and I'll come back

The only good thing this hotel has is that they're so careless that they don't bother you for anything

I have lots to say about what I didn't like first of all false advertising on their website they claim that the room has a fridge and microwave well it had a dirty none working fridge looked like they had got it from the dumpster it was trash microwave was missing I asked the front desk if they provided a microwave and they said NO I did mentioned to him that they were false advertising then because on their site it says microwave he said come tomorrow and I'll have it for you my stay here was booked for 7 nights following day came and I asked again all he said was ok I'll send the maintenance guy so I waited and waited the full 7 nights past and I never got a good clean fridge or a microwave on top of that they didn't provided any clean sheets , towels or toilet paper never saw any housekeeper available I never got any service provided by them

it looks like they are renovating to make things better.

The Bed. It was arching on both side. it can or aggravate back pain. Good thing the middle part is sturdy. But they should replace it. The aircon flap needs to be replaced. It looks like it was just picked up from the garbage and made to work.

it was decent as far as being clean

This place is a scam they would not return my deposit when i left i forgot to het it returned next day and rude woman at desk refused
