Booking.com didnt even have my reservation when i went they couldnt find me

A spear of the moment choice of a hotel

It was nice we like the shower doors

Theres no closet no place for clothes no toilet paper holders and the water pressure for the shower was horrible also we went to this motel looking forward to swimming but the clerk said it was closed for repairs and it looked fine

The rooms are very modern and stylish. The bathroom was nice as well. Rooms are surprisingly very well designed.

There was only 1 towel, and it was stained with grease and / or diry, very unhygienic. The bed was comfortable, but the bed linens were atrocious, worn out, old, and very uncomfortable

The stay was good overall but we did see a couple of roaches that we weren’t expecting

All towels had stains on them. Bed sheets had stains. The tv remote didn’t work. There wasn’t even a trash can in the room. Super loud neighbors who were slamming things against the walls, had their dog barking for hours, etc. The owners live on the property too (right next to the rooms and above the check in desk) so you’d think they would tell someone to have their dog stop barking or stop revving their motorcycle engine in the parking lot. Nonetheless, the man who checks you in is kind, but should run a much tighter ship.

It didnt come with the proper utilities like their wasnt anything in there besides the beds and t.v with no remote. It smelled like fresh paint and they had 2 towels for a family of 5. The floor was poorly cleaned after they painted.

Nothing

They didn't allow me in the room even after I had already paid n reserved it. They didn't give me a refund and threatened to call the cops on me.
