The owners are not very nice rude charging extra money the owners kept attacking me I have mental problems I told them give me some space I was not safe around them making treats to me saying I don't care

After getting ate up by bed bugs all night long I was met by a be back in 20 minutes sign I waited for about an hour and no one showed up to give me my deposit back do yourselves a favor spend the extra $20 that they ain't going give you back anyway and find a better Motel these people are liars and thief's

For the money I think it's hard to go wrong here. It was clean, it was quiet. Don't expect any frills (though there is WiFi), and there can be remarkably large temperature fluctuations in the room (the bathroom can be freezing even though you can be hot in the main room)... but you know what? Local, family-owned, authentic. I give it four stars. (Yes, there is a $20 deposit; I had no problem getting mine back.)

We decided at the last minute to take an overnight trip to Dubois , PA. Call a large chain hotel, stupid money rates. Called DuBois Manor Hotel, good rate, decent reviews on TripAdvisor, Spent one night, room was clean, everything worked as it should (Air conditioner, bathroom fixtures, ect). No real outside noise to disturb us. Bed was comfortable enough for a motel in this price point. A little dated, could use a little maintenance in a couple small areas, nothing that would stop us from staying here again. Desk clerk was friendly, appropriate. Not a high frills motel, but for the price, a very good value. Even though it is along a main road through Dubois, it sits back away from the road and can be a little tough to see right away. Worth a little hunting.

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times because it is about half way on our trips from Connecticut to Detroit and we like the charm of the town and the restaurant next door. This is a family owned motel that was built in the 60's and has had very little renovations. The owner, Ken, is very friendly and will greet you with a smile upon arrival. The rooms are kept very clean and the beds are comfortable. The TV and refrigerator are quite new and free Wi-Fi is available. Free morning coffee may be had at the office. The bathroom is clean, but very small and shows signs of its age.

We have been coming here for 19 years, and have developed a very good relationship with Ken the owner. The price is right for living on a budget. It is quiet 98% of the time. Every now and then, you get a loud neighbor. The good thing is, the owner will evict them. Close to eateries and shopping. We always ask for the same room and usually get it.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The room was tiny, outdated and dirty. The shower was disgusting. Stay only as an absolute last resort. Difficult time getting checked in with the language barrier using CLC.

This is the cheapest place in Du Bois, which is a popular stop-over on I 80 between Cleveland & NY. The room was $45, a bit overpriced for the tiny sized room. It was clean, and had a fridge and a shower, but no bath. Some low-end motels have attractive grounds, grass and trees, but this one doesn't. It's u-shaped around the parking lot, nothing to look at. The location is good, across the road from shopping. There is a park down the road to the right, and a YMCA in the park. The Y offers $10 guest passes, but does not allow use of the pool. Other than that, there is nothing to do, the downtown is run-down, and has a lot of bars and tattoo parlors.

We have been going here for the past 5 years now. We go to the Coolspring PA Power Museum engine shows, but stay here, in DuBos because it is affordable. Nothing fancy, but clean & cheap. Free WiFi, everything works. Note: get a coupon from the I-80 rest stop magazine for a better discount!

Great price .clean room. Small bathroom but clean. Good for a night or two. Very old . It looks family own. Small fridge in the room .king size room is the best choice.
