The room was almost completely unfurnished, without even any hooks. There was no sound insulation at all. We could hear the neighbors as if they were in the same room with us. Stray dogs were everywhere, constantly fighting. The journey to the accommodation was absolutely crazy. Extremely dirty, uncomfortable couch. The price does not correspond to the quality, not even by 50%.

The views are amazing, bed very comfortable

Access to the property is currently under construction, however Maddy and Sudi were amazingly helpful driving us in and out and to the local restaurants

It was the perfect getaway. Staffs were nice friendly. They even give you free rides to close by restaurants.

The photos are accurate, the location is beautiful, rooms are well kept and maintained .

The road leading to the Hotel is under repair so it’s hard to reach and plans need to consider this.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly

The glass window gave a lovely view of mount batur and the staff came and collected us from the top of the hill.

Room did get quite hot with only a fan no AC

It was very tranquil and had an amazing view of the mountains from our room. The road leading to the hotel is very rough and rugged but the hotel provides you transport up and down
