Mountain Peak Kintamani

I love this place! It’s beautiful and clean! They picked us up and helped us to get to the restaurant nearby! The staffs were amazing! Kind and friendly!

The cabin is beautifully designed, the view is fantastic and the staff is incredibly nice.

The road’s last few kms that lead there are in very bad conditions/dangerous: they will pick you up and drive you to the hotel. Very hard to leave unless they drive you: if you plan to walk around, go to a restaurant, move around this hotel is not a good option

the peaceful environment, meant for rest and relaxation

very hard to see kintamani main road since its hard access if you are considering a stay cation this is the best place to be. the view of Mt. Batur is priceless. Our tour guide katut is the best and made us feel really comfortable.

The staff is very helpful, amazing room and view. We did camp fire, helped by the staff, so even at night we still can do some activity.

- There is no reception at the hotel, in fact it is not a hotel, but just a few houses in the middle of nowhere. - The hotel is located far from civilization and there is nothing around the hotel. If you want to leave the hotel, you will not be able to go anywhere. There is a transfer to the city upon request, but until 9 pm, after this time you will be locked in without the possibility of going anywhere. - It is impossible to get to the hotel without a special transfer (jeep) that is provided from the hotel due to the terrible and dangerous road to the hotel. It is scary, especially in the dark. Because of this, I had to leave my car in the nearest city. - I paid for 2 rooms with breakfast, but they charged me for breakfast in the morning. As a result, I paid for breakfast 2 times. Moreover, the breakfast was terrible, it was impossible to eat, it looked dangerous for digestion. We just left it in the room and did not touch it despite the fact that we were forced to pay for it 2 times. - If you still decide to go to this hotel, do not take a room with breakfast, since you will still pay for it and most likely you will not eat it. - A huge number of mosquitoes, it is useless to protect yourself from them, since there is no window in the bathroom, just a hole in the wall through which all the creatures fly in. - During our entire stay there was no hot water and we had to shower in cold water.

We liked the remoteness and the dogs! The staff were lovely and helpful but they need more management direction in good hospitality/cleaning etc. Black Lava Camp which is next door saved the day with good food and staff!

Dirty, noisy (very thin walls and Unit 1 is next to the car park area where people congregate in the small hours waiting for a lift for their sunrise climb up the mountain). Only 1 of our units had a fan, it was very hot. Breakfast was basic and dishes not cleared away 24 hours later. The outside area was covered in cigarette butts.

Room is not enclosed, there are many flights everywhere in the room, bathroom not really clean, toilet not stable enough to sit on, not enough of warm water

The view from the rooms is magnificent, overlooking the Mount Batur, and the valley below. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pick up service from main street to the actual site was helpful and prompt. We loved and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing spot around Kintamani to stay and enjoy the view to the volcano, but also the countryside and village vibe. You have to be prepared, the road is under construction and its countryside. It means it’s not easy to get anywhere from there, but owners are helpful and always there to organise the transport. And it’s the charm of the place, to shut down and sit still, just you, your thoughts and beautiful view, and countryside noises. Nearby there is another hotel with restaurant, it means there is still place to eat something and enjoy the view even more. The place is stunning!
