Going-To-The-Sun Inn & Suites

There was fighting across the street the days I stayed there. The bed was very comfortable and clean but there were no towels for me the whole stay even when I asked for 2 hand towels none were given. The property was up for sale ,as a sign saying so was on the building when I arrived. A good dining place was only one block away . I don't plan to return to this place.

This is a basic motel room with no frills. TV didn’t work but I didn’t bother the manager as the WiFi was good and I watched TV on my tablet

This hotel looks great in the photos. A little misleading. Quite overpriced for the location, for the room condition, (carpet dirty), tv not user friendly at all, and lack of morning coffee supplies. The family who runs it seemed nice, though. Not sure we would stay there again if there was another option.

Totally dissatisfied! Midnight at 11:30 pm door was banged multiple times and no response from anyone though we reached out to help. Smoke/Weed smell in the room. Was scared all night and left the room in the morning.

Needs a lot of investment to bring it up to a decent level to accommodate most travelers. For the area, which is economically depressed, it’s the cheapest place to stay. People there we’re being for money in the parking lot. Towels were terrible, I wash and dry my car using better towels. Bathroom floor needed cleaning. TV didn’t work, very poor condition over all.

The room was clean the owner was good they need to upgrade the floor covering stained they seem to upgrading a bit at a time which I think will take time

We was very disappointed in the room, the outside looked nice & freshly painted. First of all a young man with his feet propped up on the desk finally got up from the back when I loudly announced hello, hello. When we got the key & walked into our room, used towels was still in the shower & bathroom along with trash still in trash can. The man assured us it had been cleaned but he didn’t even go to look at what we was telling him. He gave us a different room, we booked on Expedia the day of so it was non refundable otherwise we would have left & should have anyways. We only needed the 1 bed but in the morning I pulled the sheets back & that other bed had blood on the sheet coverlet! Would never recommend the a stay at Going to the Sun Inn & Suites, go to a different town! The whole town was unkept or businesses had closed! Female dogs at the grocery store & the convenience store roamed around looking for food & they both had nursing puppies somewheres, very sad & disappointed in the whole town. Never have experienced bed bugs but I sure hope there wasn’t any. I would not even set my overnight on anything.

Bed is comfortable. Bedding is clean. Rug in the room could use replacing. Overall cleanliness is average.

Promised to refund this place and never did!! Don’t go here unless necessary and the hotel updates everything
