Good, basic motel. The property is older and a bit worn, as is the rest of the block it's on, but it's quiet and comfortable enough and comes with a little fridge and microwave which are great. The man at the front desk was welcoming and helpful.

Got to the hotel about 2 hours after confirming arrival only to be told due to maintenance issues they’ll have to send us to another hotel about 15 miles back the way we came. That place was a dump too

I chose this place due to the location near the east entrance of going to the sun road. It is located in Browning which is on the Blackfeet Reservation. Upon arriving, i entered the office to check in and was handed a regular house key and told not to try to lock the door knob itself but use the dead bolt. I was not asked for an ID or anything just handed the key. When we walked to the door, it had been visibly kicked in which explained the reason for using the dead bolt. The toom itself was not cleaned and the bed had been remade from last occupants. There was dirt on the sheets and actual knife marks in the wall. Needless to say we only slept about 4 hrs before leaving town at 2:30 am. Our rear liscense plate on the rental car was also gone. Do yourself a favor if you stay in Browning and just go to the Casino up the road.

Unhelpful staff-moved to different cith

Despite a "confirmed" reservation no room was available. Desk clerk claimed overbooking by Expedia and tried to wave us off. On our insistence he finally sent us to a "sister" motel, Dancing Bear, 11 miles away in E Glacier. The room we got there had a broken bed frame (one of our party literally fell off), flimsy lock with obviously broken door jamb from a previous forced entry, inadequate bedding with tiny pillows, and no working TV or WiFi. Hot water ran out during shower. Heating was hard to operate. Had to go to a neighboring unoccupied room to scrounge toilet paper. No attendant or caretaker on premises except briefly on our arrival. We did not ask for or expect much but got extremely little. Browning and East Glacier are very minimally developed.

Arrived after 3 pm as website stated was check in time. Was informed by front desk owner had changed check in time to 4 pm a few days earlier. Room was dirty and very outdated. Smoke alarm had been removed. Property overall was in bad condition. Internet did work well.

There was no heat in the room. Everything in the room was dated, and the type of colored bedding that could hide a lot of stains. Front desk was almost never open. No cleaning of room. Poor wi-fi. Awful.

The floor was about to fall through. TV didn’t work and clerk said some of them hadn’t been working and nothing he could do about it. Then he left for the night. Front office was unattended all night and still was when we left about 9:00 am. One bed had black silky pillowcases. The other bed didn’t have any pillowcases, only the shams that matched the bedspread. We felt very unsafe in the area and have since learned the area has a high crime rate. We paid $189 for one night in this dump! Food options in the area were very limited with questionable cleanliness.
