Worse hotel I ever stayed in. Mattresses were completely stained everywhere. Air conditioner hanging out of wall. Bathroom fan ripped out of ceiling. No pillowcases, no top sheet on bed. Afraid to walk on carpet without shoes, disgusting, sticky, gross! Half a roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex, no soap. Was stated free breakfast, when we arrived were told we had to buy it, then found out they were closed until 9:00 am, closed again by 7:00 pm, hard to get anything we needed. The staff was friendly!!

After riding through the town of Browning and getting to the hotel, we reviewed the town’s crime rate and decided to not stay at the hotel.

There was no TV, there was no heat, the power went out, there was a noisy motor outside all night that prevented sleep. Room was nice . Hope that helps.

TV did not work, room seemed unsanitary, hot water in tub took 3 to 4 minutes to warm up, no chair in the room to sit hotel staff was practically non-existent or of no use.

Not able to check in until after 4pm. No towels in the room. Said they would bring us some and never did. Air conditioner had one setting- on and no ability to adjust. The plug and plug in area had black residue like they had over heated and looked like a fire hazard. One bed had no top sheet and only decorative pillows. No trash can in the room. No one was around in the morning for check out so had to leave the key in the room with the door unlocked.

This was a pitiful choice. Unclean, depressed area, NO Mountain View, no view period.

This was such an awful place. We had to make our own bed when we checked in. My husband had a beggar hit him up 2 different times. We had to ask for towels out of the three rooms we had reserved none had wash rags or towels.It took 20 minutes to get hot water. No tv even though they said there was one. No soap. This place needs shut down. Awful!!!!! We asked for our money back and he said too bad!!!!!!

Carpet was filthy. Covered with stains. Based on that thought it was indicative of rooms cleanliness.

The property needs updating. The pictures in the description are very deceiving. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The carpet needed cleaning. The man at the desk was very nice and tried very hard to get what we needed as there was no soap, shampoo etc. We will not stay there again.

There was no one there to check us in until 400pm and no one available for check out in the morning. There were no pillow cases or top sheets and the beds were unclean. No garbage cans in the room and broken fixtures. Terrible!
