Manager is very good!

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Room had 2 beds. One had a very soft mattress and the sheets had a stain. Smoke detector had been removed. Very basic accommodations but was ok for just a overnight stay.

We couldn’t stay here. We went to the office to register, the guy checking us in just handed us a key And didn’t ask our name. Someone else handed us some crappy towels and we walked to our room and it was disgusting. Not clean at all. I called Hotels.com and explained our situation. They were able to get our money back.

I did not feel safe in the room. I put a chair in front of the door so no one could get in. Not a safe neighborhood.

A great location for going to East Glacier. The hotel was very dated but kept as clean as they probably could! Very friendly front desk staff!

We felt very unsafe as we couldn’t let our dogs out as there were a lot of feral dogs running around. The room smelled of smoke really bad and it wasn’t very clean Burn marks from cigarettes on tub edge, floors were dirty and carpet smelled. Very disappointed with what we paid.

I booked this place because it was <$12 and the reviews were horrible. The site lived up to the expectations. Upon checking in, there’s a hair dresser mannequin head just displayed near the counter. With the poor lightning, I wasn’t certain I wasn’t walking into a Texas Chainsaw Massacre situation. I wasn’t asked for ID or a credit card. Upon entering the room, the door wasn’t even closed or locked on arrival. The floor was filthy and had gum stuck to it. It was unbearably warm in the room so I tried to plug in the AC but the cable was black and burnt. It definitely caught fire at some point. I had to stand on the bed to reach the thermostat. The bed sheets has small blood stains so I slept on top of the covers that were also stained. The chair in the room had bright purple wax poured down the leg and the seat had dark mystery stains. On the TV, there was a sticky note that said “falling leaves” with no context. The vibes were weird here.

The room was tiny, had no bed linens other than a bedspread, fitted sheet and pillow shams. The room was dirty. No bath linens. No heat in the room.
