staff was rude! toilet did not flush, no waste baskets or toilet paper, they had continental but office door was always locked!! Worst place to stay ever!! do not recommend!!!!!!

Mouse, dirty, bed was bad, nobody at front desk to check in or check out. It said they had breakfast, but there wasn't anything.

We ended up not staying and asking for a refund. There was hair and toothpaste in the sink, dirt and gravel on the rug, crumbs around the microwave, a fitted sheet that was too small to stay on the severely stained mattress, a heavy tobacco smell in a non-smoking room. The door was unlocked when we went to the room and would no close properly. There were dead bugs and flies everywhere.

The clerk insisted I had not paid, despite me having an email confirmation showing I had already paid. Then they gave me a key to a room that already had guests in it. Very awkward.

We booked two rooms, one of the two we were given was already occupied by someone else. The replacement for that room and the second room were both still dirty from the previous people who had stayed there. They then provided two different rooms, one of which did not have a functioning shower. At that point we booked rooms at the casino down the road and did not stay at this hotel. We requested a refund which the front desk clerk could not provide. He asked for our phone number for the manager to call which we provided. We have not received a call from them, now a week later, and are formally disputing the charge. The casino down the road was a good hotel.

My reservation was somehow not in their system, which turned out to be a blessing. They gave me a key anyway so they could sort it out in the morning but when we got to our room, I was horrified by the conditions. The mattress was beyond filthy, It looked like someone retrieved it from the garbage. The sheets were equally as dirty. I don't think they have an actual staff either. Each person I spoke to told me they didn't ordinarily work the front. It was a strange encounter altogether and i was happy to return my key and leave.

Reservation couldn’t be honored. Overbooked. Rooms small but ok. Some had musty smell and dirty bathroom. Not a good choice for me and my group.

Had no record of our booking. Could not take credit card. Had limited cash for change. Advertised free breakfast but didnt. In room most power points didnt work, bathroom fan didnt work. Had to get maintenance to fit a knob so that thermostat could be used. Carpet looked really dirty. Good job it was relatively cheap.

The first room smelled terrible like smoke, we requested a different one and it wasn’t to bad, just rundown and dirty

Staff was friendly, Room was clean and warm - thank you I did not care for the carpet - it smelt old
