Location, nice hotel, nice pool, first stay had a refillable drinker which is great to see to reduce the plastic use in Bali! Rooms fine, comfortable. Little fridge. Happy no problems really.

alle dagen moesten we aantonen dat we gereserveerd hadden met ontbijt. inclusive ontbijt was matig. De ontbijten aan de bistro waren iets beter maar geen variatie. locatie en zwembad aan drukke straatkant. Er was maar 1 vrouw die wist hoe of wat aan de receptie.

Uitstraling, ruime kamer, goede bedden

Net niet af. Gebroken raam, geen zeep in douche, we hadden duidelijk geboekt met “ontbijt bij kamerprijs inbegrepen” (stond ook in de bevestiging in de booking app), maar dat was niet doorgekomen bij hotel. Ondanks herhaalde mails aan klantenservice booking niets op vernomen. Extra kostenpost van ruim € 100.
