Free Wi-Fi worked in lobby during our check-in delays and also keep our kid entertained. Further, seating area was perfect for us to communicate with each other which elevate our satisfaction.

Location was good. Soul in a bowl restaurant was wonderful

Refrigerator wasn't cold.Mouldy bathroom. We asked for our bins to be emptied and we're given plastic bags to empty ourselves. Pool area needs maintenance.

The staff are friendly bit hamstrung by management. Ive been coming to and living in Bali for 30+ years. My first negative review.

Actually I am still in the hotel but looking to move . We booked and paid over 6 months ago only on arrival to be told that the family suite we booked due to a system error had been given to somewhere else but Ill explain whats really happening. These clowns advertise on diff booking sites with good prices. They then as us give you the same system excuse and in some other cases have cancelled and make you book again at an inflated rate. So we were told no family suites available yet they still have free rooms for our dates on booking sites?? There are also multiple entries on booking .com showing different prices on diff profiles for the same dates. Looking at reviews this has been happening over 9 months. Other guests were reporting too front desk that they did not get what they booked either or their online adds were deceptive. So 2 of our 6 rooms are ok. The other 4 rooms have aircons that work poorly and dont cool. 2 of these 4 rooms have mould build up. 3 of the rooms have fridges that dont cool. One of our friends went and purchased a pedestal fan at 9pm last night to keep them cool whilst they slept and we now have three. Despite the promises to move room we are almost at the end of our stay and only 1 has occured. One other went and bought ice and esky as have to keep medicines cool. Approached front desk. No manager on duty at 9.30am. Explained as were advised yesterday that there were multiple people checking out today that we could move to those rooms. Have agreeance but been to bali often enough that that does not neccesarily lead to action. We will see. Based on previous reviews I am not hopeful bit will amend this review if fixed. This has not changed. My next steps will be to speak to the Bali tourism minister who is a personal friend of my business partner loaded with evidence about what appears to be systematic scamming not a system error that is still occuring over 9 months later.
