Palette Signature Hotel takes hygiene seriously. Hand sanitizer stations everywhere and staff wore masks. Room keys were sanitized before handover and contactless check in was offered as well.

Getting ready was easy with the well-lit mirror at Palette Signature Hotel. Proper lighting for grooming is something often neglected but executed perfectly here.

Close proximity to Sanur ferry service.

The air con doesn’t work rooms were humid and uncomfortable, there were insects in room.

Very large rooms, accommodating staff, and good restaurant on site. Close to the major tourist series of South Sanur but with plenty of options within a couple of hundred metres

Maintenance appeared to be poor, the door lock system had failed, and it was a major effort to lock and unlock the door, then retrieve the key. The air-conditioning was also struggling to provide cold air and Property need servicing

Located close by the main restaurants of south Sanur, it’s an easy stroll to the beach. The property is well laid out and the rooms generous insize

Nothing really everything worked well

The only good thing about the place was the restaurant

No hot water in the room, the room was dirty, the pool was green and smelt like a swamp

Palette Signature Hotel catered perfectly to my solo needs. The single room was cozy, Wi-Fi was reliable for planning, and the 24-hour reception made me feel secure coming back late from sightseeing tours.
