The Present River Villa Hoi An

The location is excellent but it was bit difficult to find initially. The main entrance is behind a parking lot. Additional signage would help. The elevator was a huge plus. The room was large, AC was excellent and the room was a large size. How water was excellent. The staff was pleasant and happy to help. Front desk staff was the highlight of my stay.

The bathroom towels smelled musty and sometimes did not smell clean. This is a budget hotel so I didn't complaint to management. Travelers should be aware.

It’s central. Hoi an is literally at your door step. You can even see it from your hotel room (depending on which room you book). Pool was a bonus. Free use of bikes. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Motorcycle was quickly arranged

Room 203 - there’s a giant billboard sign blocking half of the river view. Busses, taxis and private transports be parking in front of the hotel creating nuisance but can’t be helped I guess.

Great location and had convenient free bike rentals. The property was pretty small but had everything you needed.

The bathrooms would sometimes have an unpleasant sewer smell and our room was infested with mosquitoes by the 2nd and 3rd night.

Perfect location to visit the old city. Very close to the river and shops restaurants, bars Room clean and comfortable but basic equipments only in the room and bathroom. Lighting in the bedroom is poor and should be improved. Hotel Ok for a short stay only

The hotel was in a great location and easy access to shops, restaurants and more. The staff were so lovely and helped us with our laundry.

Rooms were not as clean as we saw in rest of our stay in vietnam.

The location was definitely a 10! In the heart of the old city, close to everything (and though there was sufficient insulation to combat any outside noise). My room was very modern, clean, and bright. An incredible value all things considered. The room was made up every day by 9:30-10, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful view of the city from 302.

Breakfast would've been nice, but I knew this from the start. That said, plenty of inexpensive and tasty places to go get it and two were opened by 7:00AM! Nothing else negative can be said.

The hotel was great, everything was in great condition. Staff were lovely, they helped me sort out moped hire and also some local tips for food

Lovely clean and modern room. Bathroom was really nice. Really good location too!

The bed was two single beds pushed together and would come apart a little during the night, but was still very comfy!!
