Staff and location were amazing

The location is super close to Old Town and easily accessible. Reasonable price. Staff were very accommodating with the delayed flights we had when checking in and arranging transfers (for a cost).

There were works happening near by that began at 7am making it a little noisy in the morning.

Clean and great location to nightlife

It was in a great location. Staff extremely helpful and arranged a transfer for us from da nang to Hoi a which was fabulous. Room is spacious.

Our room had a slight smell to it (slightly musty) which was abit unpleasant but other than that it was a great stay

Location is ideal as right next to Old Town. Staff were excellent and helped arrange some extra activities for us and also arranged taxi from station without any fuss. Room was as expected.

Is right next to a road which is a little noisy, but this stops being a problem at a reasonable hour so did not bother us at all.

Pictures are a little deceiving but for the cost this place is fine, location was a big plus and honestly with all the noise outside it didn’t really come inside the rooms

Mold on the roofs, bed was quite uncomfortable

Lovely big bed, great location and clean/mordern room.

Greet location overlooking the river, minute walk from restaurants and bars, lovely bath and nice bed.

Staff are helpful, location is convenient, and the rooms are nice. It's easy to communicate with them through their WhatsApp info. They helped with food recommendations, and tickets to the Memories of Hoi An show (which is a must see).

Not knowing the area at all, we were surprised when arriving that the intersection in front of the hotel gets very congested in the evening, and the area gets noisy in the evening. This is out of the control the hotel but I think should noted.
