The Present River Villa Hoi An

The location was absolutely stunning, walking distance to essentially everything. The hotel was greatly valued for the service and space.

Our room was a bit small, and we booked a room with a balcony but our view was blocked by a huge billboard. Other than that, everything was great!

I had a wonderful stay at the present river villa. The hospitality was exceptional, and the service truly stood out. A special mention to Hen at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She provided excellent suggestions for local attractions and dining, which added so much value to my trip. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Clean and comfortable bed. Hot & powerful shower. Great location overlooking the river & seconds away from lots of bar's & restaurants but far enough away from the late night ones so we weren't disturbed. (Even though we were in the late ones most nights 🤪) There was a lift too. Too cold & wet to try the swimming pool.(the weather not the water in the pool😆)

Lovely stay at the Present Hotel! It is very conveniently located so you can easily explore Hoi An. Place was clean and quiet. Checkin was easy. 24 hour front desk. I slept well and enjoyed my stay.

Clean room, great location, great service! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered and arranged taxi for us from and to Da Nang without us even needing to ask 🙂 weather wasn’t great but if we ever go back to Hoi An - we know where to stay!
