Incredibly unhelpful and rude Staff. Also the area is under construction. The view is not the one advertised in the website

Location is great. I’ve booked it second time because first time was amazing. Staff is very good and polite.

The room was full of insects, roaches and whatnot. We’ve told the receptionist(one of us from a 5 person group) they’ve tried their best but it seems like nothing works. Also, elevator smells terrible. Hygiene definitely not up to standard. You can even see the mold in bathroom which is far from what a Hotel of this rating should have. Construction site is in front of the hotel, a massive one. They also work in the night so if you're on the lower floor as my colleague was, you will hear every bang from the hammer. You will not see this in the pictures presented by the hotel.

Absolutely nothing

Where do I start - paid for an ocean view room and could hardly see the ocean due to massive construction opposite - totally misrepresented reality. Beach was closed could not access it due to this. The room floor was filthy with sand,tv did not work, fridge did not work breakfast was passable. Room was supposed to be a double bed was 2 large singles together with bedside table on one side only the other against a wall. Zero power point to charge anything. We left a day early they refused refund - let down by them and booking.com - total rip off - construction across the road went late into evening.inflate sorry for the staff some who tried but mostly were ambivalent about anything

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering plenty of options to suit all tastes. We also enjoyed a fantastic excursion organized by the hotel – well-planned and unforgettable. This is truly a 4-star international standard hotel with a perfect location. Highly recommended!

A wonderful vacation with professional and dedicated service! Although there was some construction activity around the bay, all of that faded away thanks to the care and attention from Duong – the sales representative of Cat Ba Paradise. The entire team, from reception to bell staff and bar manager, showed great professionalism and friendliness, making my stay truly memorable. The breakfast was excellent – well-prepared and diverse. The Cat Co beach in the morning was peaceful and beautiful. Especially impressive was the boat trip arranged by Duong, which turned out to be a highlight of my trip. I will definitely return and continue to support Cat Ba Paradise Hotel!
