- Điều hoà 1205 kêu to. Tôi thấy tấm lọc ở miệng cửa gió hồi nghẹt bụi. - Tôi không tìm thấy móc treo quần áo trên tường trong khu vực phòng tắm. Hoặc tôi chưa hiểu tư duy thiết kế và sử dụng.

Nice staff and very helpful, lovely room

View of Halong Bay a bit spoilt by unfinished building in front of hotel, management should have been upfront about this on booking. Had to upgrade and pay more to improve this. View from pool really bad. Breakfast good but food from lunch/evening & snack menu poor. Western food in particular a problem.

We had the most amazing experience staying at the Yacht Hotel in Ha Long. From the moment we arrived, everything felt modern, spotless, and incredibly luxurious. The design and atmosphere were elegant yet comfortable, making it such a relaxing place to unwind. One of the standout highlights was the restaurant. The staff were exceptional – so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We enjoyed the food so much that we chose to eat there three times during our stay! Every dish was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. What truly made our experience special was the personal touch from the staff. On our second night, one of the lovely ladies remembered that we liked lime with our Coke – she went out of her way to cut fresh lime, arrange it neatly on a plate with tongs, and brought it over without us even asking. That small gesture made us feel so genuinely cared for, and it really stood out as a testament to the thoughtfulness and quality of service at this hotel. If you’re looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and truly memorable place to stay in Ha Long, the Yacht Hotel is an absolute must. We can’t wait to return!

"Excellent hotel in Ha Long"

This hotel is such a luxury. It's a bit far from the beaches but by grab it's accessible. Hotel is very clean and air-conditioned. The staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel has multiple facilities aswell. We were allowed to bring towels to the beach aswell (don't forget to bring it back though). I recommend Yacht DC hotel to travellers to Ha Long.
