The Yacht Hotel by DC

The hotel is very elegant and the staffs are very professional. Everything about the hotel makes me enjoy the stay. I did not have anything that I didn't like about it.

Nothing. This is the type of hotel I would expect to experience when I travel. The staffs are really professional and efficient. They are also very kind to the customers.

El personal super agradable, la comida muy buena y las habitaciones increibles. Super recomendable y para nada caro comparado con el lujo del lugar.

The hotel is visually stunning, featuring a unique boat-style design that creates a charming and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay. The pool area and bars are beautifully designed, creating a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. The breakfast buffet and on-site restaurant are also impressive. There’s a wide variety of delicious food, and the setting itself is elegant and inviting. Another great feature is the availability of free games like pool and foosball, which add a fun and social touch to the stay.

The spa was a letdown. While they offer a variety of treatments, the overall experience didn’t match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. The spa staff spoke very limited English, which made it difficult to communicate or ask questions about the different options. When I arrived for my Vietnamese massage, there was no welcome drink (which is usually standard even at smaller salons), no consultation form, and no opportunity to express preferences like pressure level or existing injuries. I was taken straight into the room, and unfortunately, the massage was far too intense—borderline aggressive—and left me feeling more uncomfortable than relaxed. Unfortunately, there was a strong and unpleasant smell in the toilet in my room, which definitely affected the overall comfort which is a shame because the rooms are so beautiful. At night, there is an open nightclub located a few kilometers away that plays music very loudly until around 2 a.m or more. Because the sound travels across the open area, the music can be clearly heard at the hotel, making it difficult to sleep despite the hotel providing earplugs. We actually checked out a day earlier than planned because we had booked an overnight cruise. Out of curiosity, we decided not to mention it upfront to see if the staff would notice or ask why we were leaving early.... but no one said anything. It would have been nice if someone had asked if everything was okay or if we needed assistance with our change of plans.

Yacht hotel was a very luxurious stay. Quite far from the beach, but a lovely walk to the coast and just a 15 minute drive to the island and international marina of Tuan Chan
