The design of the hotel was great: the common areas and the room was beautiful and spacious! The staff was great as well at every turn and the service was impeccable. Also the food (breakfast, restaurant, cafe) was tasty and plentiful

Sehr sehr saubere Zimmer Gute Ausstattung Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Roller Vermietung lief über das Hotel absolut problemlos

Exekutive Lounge hat geschlossen bzw. gibt es nicht mehr. Sauna hatte einen Tag geschlossen Gym könnte etwas mehr Geräte etc. haben Leider gegenüber eine sehr große Baustelle

Après avoir visité un total de 36 pays, cet hôtel figure parmi les mieux côtés. Excellent service, le buffet est hors pair et le personnel d'un grand professionalisme. Je tiens particulièreent à souligner la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le sens de la perfection de Madame Yen Hoang. Merci mille fois pour ce magnifique séjour !

"Great except for the deposit policy"

The hotel is fabulous

Beautiful hotel no problems with the facilities however We have stayed at 7 hotels during our tour of Vietnam and this was the only one that didn’t trust us to pay our bar bill at the end of the stay . They are the only hotel that asked for a deposit at check in to cover any costs . This was not explained so we had the embarrassment of signing a bar bill only to be told we hadn’t paid the deposit . Strange policy for a fabulous hotel .
