Really friendly and supportive staff. The breakfast is extraordinary and the a la carte menus are amazing!

There is nothing to explore at the surrounding area of the hotel. And the laundry service is much too expensive.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we are well travelled. The views over Ha Long Bay are breathtaking and it’s well worth paying the extra for an upgrade for the best view. Dinner and breakfast was world class in presentation, variety and taste. Staff were exceptional and helped us arrange a driver for a tour of Ha Long city at short notice. The facilities, pool etc were world class as was the Hotel Design! Room was incredibly spacious, immaculately clean and the Pearl Chocolates at night were a beautiful touch. We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it!
