I like the location of the place but thats really about everything I liked for

biggest issue i believe I had bed bugs in my room , everyday my feet would accumulate large portions of new bites - once I left this place all activities were the same but the bites stopped , I didn't like the staff they weren't helpful or friendly at all it seemed like they were mad that people were using the hostel ,the narrow pathway in the opening of the place beside a pool make 0 sense , there nowhere to put bags so they just accumulate on the ground floor,

The staff where amazing especially the lady loane she was helpful booked all my bus tickets with her daughter to next city via Google translate clean rooms comfy bed massage chair social area great location and bonus a pool for hot days

Rooms could have been abit colder

O quarto feminino posso dizer que não tenho reclamação quanto à limpeza. A parte ruim é o ar condicionado extremamente gelado (tem quem goste).. Ainda sobre o quarto feminino: tem dois banheiros grandes, um banheiro tem água quente para banho e outro não. As áreas comuns são um espaço legal, porém muito sujas e tem ratos. Quanto ao atendimento, posso dizer que não me senti bem vinda em nenhum momento.
