The people that work in Republic hostel are so nice and helpfull! loved my stay there!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel for me it's the best one in Vietnam. The cute stuff at the bar makes the best cocktails my favorite one was the Monkey Island ! It's also a good chance to meet some other traveller's. You also can get an amazing authentic family dinner and sometimes even bbq here ! And there is a lot to do and to see on cat ba island. I always felt super welcomed here!

Everyone here is so friendly and suportive, make you feel like home. They have everything you need. Just ask, they will never say NO. They have so many good drinks to try 😍.

Staff were so friendly, social-able and helped with booking everything. The facilities are nice and new. Really delicious family dinner with other solo travelers and really delicious happy water + jackfruit & juice from their tree. 10 min scooter drive into town. They've only been open for one month and I can see it's gonna be the best place to stay away from town.

I can't be thankful enough for all the privileges we received here. This hostel is ran by a super cool boys band who make you feel like at home. The facilities are modern and the ambience laid back. Nice breakfast, nice rooms, honestly impeccable.

I don’t even know where to start! This is by far the best hostel I stayed in in Vietnam. The hostel owner is the kindest and sweetest person you can imagine and all of the staff are so nice and helpful with everything. I never felt so welcomed in a hostel. Everyone speaks very good english so it’s easy to communicate and they all giving you good advice and recommendations on what to do. The Hostel has a pool, pool table and bar, what do you want more? This makes it also really easy to meet people as a solo traveller. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The hostel is a bit out of town, which I actually really enjoyed since you get a bit of peace and quiet and you can rent out scooters for a cheap price at the hostel, so it’s easy to get around. Definitely join one of the family dinners which was absolutely delicious and try the self made wine. If I would have had more time, I would have stayed longer. I can definitely recommend to anyone to stay there.

location a bit far but you can rent scooter for very cheap price they are pretty new so it was missing some services like a food menu or activities but again they were very new and they are planning many things!
