Le personnel très accueillant , Le buffet , ainsi que le dîner très copieux Nous étions peu nombreux ce qui était agréable , principalement lors des excursions Nous y avons passé une nuit , cela était suffisant pour nous , cela change de cadre

RAS Ne vous attendez pas à être seul dans la baie , beaucoup de bateaux autour sans que cela soit gênant

The cruise booking doesn’t include transportation from Hanoi so you need to pay extra for the shuttle bus. For the price and expensive cruise, you would expect the shuttle bus to be a nice experience, but both way they stop us at a sale centre with toliet where we are forced to stay for 30 mins each way. Also, there was a lot of waiting time waste, we arrive there early and we depart the cruise early . So we wait an hour to board and to get on the shuttle . I think we just waste a lot of valuable time there.

Friendly staff Great arrangement Thanks for the decorations in the room, cakes and lovely mugs, they made our wedding anniversary unforgettable.

Our room was terrific, the staff was super friendly (especially Lam who is such a funny guy and great tourguide & Ben who was also really fun to be around and always looked out for us and our drinks). Also Tommy did a great job in managing the cruise!

大面窗景觀無可挑剔，浴缸舒適，餐點份量適中可口，床非常好躺，睡得很安穩！經理Tommy熱心關懷每位旅客。各項活動時間掌控得宜，導遊Lam也非常盡心介紹。

Wij hebben intens genoten. Van het uitgebreiden diner tot de dagelijkse activiteiten. Het personeel vriendelijk en tonen belangstelling. Mocht je denken aan een cruise langs Halong Bay dan raden wij Hermes zeker aan!

Ze hebben een spa en daar waren we helaas niet van op de hoogte. Wellicht hadden wij ons beter kunnen verdiepen, want hier hadden we graag gebruik van gemaakt!

Unfortunately I have to say this but the food is really not at the level of the rest of the ship. Lunch, breakfast and brunch are average at best but dinner was actually inedible, me and my wife couldn’t eat most of the dishes they were that bad. To add to the poor meal they played the song from titanic as we were eating on a ship which we thought was not very fitting
