Everything was wonderful. The ship was perfect, the cabin was clean and cozy and I chose Hermes because they had a triple cabin for adults. We really enjoyed the program and I think if I’m lucky enough to visit HaLong again one day I’ll definitely choose more days. This was my first cruise, and it was amazing. A huge thank you to the Hermes team.

We had the most amazing time! Tommy, our cruise manager, and Lam, our tour guide, went above and beyond to make our trip truly special — we even received a room upgrade when we arrived! The whole team was so friendly and always ready to help, and they knew so much about the local area. They also made sure my vegetarian diet was well catered for, which I really appreciated. Every day was filled with fun activities and beautiful sights. Thank you, Tommy, Lam, and the entire crew, for an unforgettable trip — we loved every moment!

Impressive views.

Food, no activities. Boring experience. No music, no TV, nothing to do after 9pm. Had to pay for everything, including water.
