Hermes Cruises

It was a very pleasant stay on the Hermes cruise. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The activities were included.

Communication before check-in could be improved, but we already gave this feedback and I’m sure it will be taken care of.

Amazing staff and cruise

Komfortowy statek, kameralny, czysty z doskonalą obsługą i przepysznymi, obfitymi posiłkami. Dwudniowy rejs pozwolił na cieszenie się porannymi widokami natury bez tłumu statków wokół. Troskliwa obsługa dbała o nasze potrzeby na każdym kroku. Jestem zachwycona jakością usług. Wszystkie pokoje z prywatnymi balkonami oraz otwarty najwyższy pokład. Bardzo polecam!

Tłumy statków i turystów psują przyjemność oglądania zatoki i przepięknej jaskini. Chciałoby się wydłużyć relaksujący drugi dzień. W cenie posiłków jest tylko woda. Wszystkie inne napoje bardzo drogie.

Relatively new, clean & well maintained vessel. Sun-deck, banquet hall and rooms are lovely. Exceptional staff like Mr. Lam, Ms. Chi & Ben under careful eye or Mr. Tommy, take great care of guests balancing well the aspects of safety with adventure & entertainment! On our request they also managed to provide decent vegetarian food options!!

Few staff members are perhaps new with limited understanding of English.

The tour guide Lam was exceptionally friendly. He really takes good care of his guests. Ben from F&B team was very nice too. He even make an effort to prepare something special for my son's dinner

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt auf der Hermes Cruises. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurden für uns extra vegetarische Gerichte serviert und das Essen war insgesamt von Frühstück bis Dinner sehr gut. Die Halong Bay ist einfach einzigartig!
