The rooms were exactly as pictured the ship was well maintained and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Mr Tommy for exceptional service and also Chi our excursion guide. Loved the seamless transition and organisation of all online and offline activities.

The Hermes crew has the best hospitality and treated us to a luxurious experience! We were blown away by the extra attention and touches the crew undertook to make it a special experience. Ha Long bay is fantastic and this cruise makes it all the more special.

Pool auf dem Schiff ist kalt und wirkt nicht ganz sauber. Die Luft im Zimmer ist etwas schwül.

The food was a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety ranging from local dishes to European options. Dinner was very hearty, while breakfast was light and refreshing

While we wouldn't say we disliked the top deck, we were surprised by how underutilized it is. The lack of sun loungers makes it difficult to fully enjoy the views or relax in the sun. Additionally, the Jacuzzi area feels a bit awkward to use; there is no place to lounge when wet, and the proximity to the seating area—where other guests are having cocktails in their smart casual—can feel somewhat intrusive

The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and detail oriented. The activities during our stay were amazing. Our room was awesome, clean, comfortable and with a stunning view. The waiters were so nice to us. The manager and our tour guide made a terrific job. 10/10

The staff were friendly and helpful. Tommy the manager upgraded our room for our wedding anniversary, Lam the tour guide was very funny and will take excellent photos of your experience. Jack the dining manager was very attentive and even gave us recommendations for a restaurant in Hanoi. Ashe was our attendant in the dining room and was delightful.
