Amazing location

Nothing bad

The boat is clean and spacious- rooms were large and comfortable and a surprisingly large bathroom.

Biggest complaint is little or no access to free drinking water. A can of still water was charged at 45,000 and for a family of 5 the cost creeps up.

The boat was very nice, and our room was upgraded, which was very nice. Mr Tommy was very nice and helpful, as was all the staff. All very nice and eager to please.

Very nice clean ship

The cruise was lovely! Room was amazing, they upgraded us as it was our honeymoon and can’t fault the experience. Activities were great. And food was fantastic.

The manager pushed for a 10* review, which I would have given them if they did not WhatsApp message me asking for one a few hours after we had departed, after I had already promised we would write one when we left. He was very pushy and we were left feeling like we had only been looked after the way we had for them to ensure they got a 10* review.

The tour is really nice, and the boat manager also acts as a tour guide at the various stops. The staff was also super friendly and they were very attentive with my gluten free request for meals which is very appreciated!! The rooms were really clean and nice, with a fantastic window wall over a private balcony on the bay.

Very small details, just because the price is pretty high for Vietnam standards: drinks and water are not included in the price, and transfer to/from Hanoi is also extra. The design/furbiture are in very well shape, but maybe the bathroom could have a little more care. Overall not big issues, we would definitely recommend!!

I loved the Hermes cruise experience. The crew was really helpful and friendly. They made special vegetarian food for me as per my preference. Really accommodating. The activities were fun and engaging. Shoutout to Mr. Tommy for making our stay memorable!
