Beautifully maintained boat. Highly recommend the extra night-1 night is just not enough. Activities were great and everything was well organised.

Wir haben 2 Tage und 1 Nacht in der Präsidentensuite gebucht. Das Zimmer war perfekt, die Crew war durchgehend freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen war sehr lecker, vor allem das Abendessen. Unser Guide Chi hat mit uns alle Aktivitäten unternommen (Amazing Cave, Luong Cave, Ti Top Island). Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Guide wünschen können.

Der Pool bei der Präsidentensuite benötigt eine Reinigung.

Our room was comfortable, and the staff were very polite.

We left Hanoi at 8:00 AM, but due to traffic, it was past 1:00 PM by the time we checked into our room. The next day, we were asked to check out at 9:00 AM and left the boat at 11:00 AM, only to wait for the bus on land. It would have been better for us if things weren't so rushed. Also, while there was entertainment on other boats in the evening, there was none on ours. Since all boats basically follow the same itinerary, I’m not sure if this tour was worth the extra price compared to others.

Ha Long Bay was absolutely amazing! Food was amazing and the staff on Hermes were delightful.

There was a lot to like. Our trip started by being advised of a free upgrade to the president room which was incredible. Massive balcony and small pool shared with the next room over. The quality of the food was the next Stand out feature. It was all elite and a great variety. Finally the staff were great. Welcoming, friendly and always happy to help.

La croisière dans la Baie d’Halong est un incontournable du Vietnam. Nous avons fait 3 jours 2 nuits, pour avoir vraiment le temps de profiter et d’aller dans les zones un peu plus reculées (ou il y a moins de bateaux). Nous cherchions un bateaux à taille humaine offrant une expérience premium, et Hermes Cruise a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes. Nous avons eu la chance d'accéder à la President suite. La chambre était exceptionnelle avec ses murs complètement vitrés donnant vue sur la baie, et sa terrasse spacieuse avec accès à un jacuzzi semi privé (partagé avec la deuxième president room). C’était très propre et très confortable. La croisière propose diverses activités durant les 3 jours, entre visite de grottes spectaculaires, kayak, plages cachées, marche vers des points de vue, etc. Sur le bateaux, nous avons aussi pu participer à un cours de cuisine et de pêche au calamar. La cuisine était très bonne, en particulier le soir avec un repas en plusieurs plats et très bien cuisiné. Le matin et le midi, nous avions accès à un très bon buffet. Enfin, le personnel était très à l'écoute de nos besoins et très sympathique. Je recommanderai à quiconque cette croisière avec Hermes Cruise.

Le réveil etait particulièrement tôt pour les cours de Thai Chi.
