Tam Coc Cat Luong Homestay

The place was clean and about 20 minutes by walk to Tam Coc town centre. The young lady at the homestay booked us buses for our next destination. There was an older gentleman who was friendly to us.

The homestay is right next to a cement factory. My room looked at the factory. They are building the pool right next to the factory, so it's misleading that there is a pool at the homestay. It would have been nice to know that the hot water needs to be turned on in advance. Also, for breakfast, they had different things, but they didn't ask us what we wanted. My friend has an allergy to banana so a bit more communication from the owners would have been very very useful. The place is just sad. No one smiles at you. Only the older gentleman greets with a smile. The scooters are in a very bad shape and more expensive then the ones from rentals.

Very relaxing stay in a comfortable room.

The cute huts built on the little lake with stunning views and the ride to town was so delightful. The family that runs the place are lovely. You can rent bikes for cheap and the breakfasts were a nice variety and their pho was also great

The pool is being remodelled at the moment but the weather was terrible anyway so we couldn’t use it. On a nice day the pool would be amazing.

We wanted a place to rest outside of the town and this was perfect, not too far from the town we were about 5 mins away and they had bikes to rent so it was great.

Nothing, owners were really nice people and the room was great.

Out of town so very quiet, nice to get away from the noise. There’s a cement plant nearby but wasn’t noisy, couldn’t notice it anyway. Room was nice and clean, AC worked well, both hot and cold heating. 20 minute walk into town. Nice dog to greet you!

Pool was out of action as they were doing some maintenance on it.
