Hassle free cruise.Everything was so well organised Special thanks to Tom our guide who made our outing very enjoyable.Restaurant staff were very friendly and very attentive to guests needs. Awesome food with a great choice at breakfast. Also fun activities were organised like the bamboo boat trip to cave. Definitely recommend 2 nights stay if you have time.This is what we did. Many thanks to the Ambassador Signature Staff.

What an experience! The staff on the boat were amazing, really helpful and going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The rooms were perfect in terms of size and cleanliness. The bed was super comfortable too.

We did the maximum amount of time (3 days, 2 nights) but would have loved to have had another day. Didn't love the way this trip started, sitting on a very poorly conditioned boat waiting to take us to our main ship. The heat and humidity was unbearable. I am surprised a how gorgeous the main ship was vs this boat. I understand that this is not the boats fault, but there is a lot of garbage in the water. I did see some garbage fall into the water from the upper deck and assumed that it was garbage that blew over the rails. I hope something can be done to clean up the water because it linda grossed us out (especially when we kayaked to the darka dn bright caves. It was really off-putting.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and responsive. The bed was very comfortable, and the team was informative and attentive to all our needs. We appreciated the high safety standards, the thoughtful welcome with rose petals and fresh tea, and the enjoyable live night show. The food was delicious, and overall service was warm and efficient.

The onboard activities felt short and limited relative to the length of the cruise. The bay water was not clean enough for swimming, and the visit to the fishing village was underwhelming, with little to see beyond a fish pedicure setup that did not appear hygienic.

The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. There are a few other instances of this un-attentiveness that I will spare the details of. Overall had a lovely time and they nailed every aspect aside from the aforementioned financial issues.

The whole experience was wonderful. Fantastic food, the activities were great and the staff were all extremely attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend this trip.
