Quality of food was excellent, service good Staff was friendly and all very good organised

Cleanliness- especially in all public areas and kitchen - the room was clean - but the rest dirty and untidy - too many groups - bad music entertainment - not cosy or nicely decorated

Staff very kind, like all Vietnamese people in general. Massage at Spa was excellent.

The boat is not even close to 5 stars. Very old, needs a complete renovation. Comfort is very low. The AC in the room blows directly to your face when sleeping, so you just have to turn it off. I couldn't sleep. The upper deck has barely enough light to see where you're stepping. No decor, no charm.

The room was super comfortable and clean with balcony! Thanks for the free room upgrade! The staff were so polite, friendly and helpful!! The food was delicious with many options and we really enjoyed our dinner under the stars! Many activities available too!

Evening entertainment too loud and intrusive not just for cruise guests but also for other boats in the bay. Light show also unnecessary light pollution

Enjoyed a delightful cruise experience that perfectly balanced relaxation and adventure. The streamlined itinerary allowed for plenty of downtime, ideal for destressing and unwinding. One of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by the Filipino staff, whose warmth and hospitality enhanced every aspect of the journey. While the activities were not overly packed, there was still a diverse range of options available to cater to different interests. Overall, I highly recommend this cruise for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with top-notch service.

This ship is beautiful. Exudes luxury. Brand new and docks over night in a quieter area other than the over crowded Halong Bay. Staff was particularly courteous and friendly especially Jhona. She is a delight. Sweet and kind.
