Beautiful property away from all the noise. Very peaceful and nice to come back to.

Sứ Retreat Hội An est vraiment un lieu très agréable et reposant. Le personnel du restaurant est adorable, aux petits soins, et la nourriture est excellente la meilleure que nous ayons goûtée parmi tous les hôtels visités au Vietnam.

Seul petit bémol : nous avons trouvé dommage de devoir payer un supplément pour avoir accès à un fer à repasser, ce qui semble surprenant pour un établissement 5 étoiles.

시설이 깔끔하고 생각보다 벌레도 없고 좋았어요. 조식도 가짓수가 많지는 않지만 있을건 다 있었습니다. 직원분들 다 친절하고 숙소 규모자체가 크지않아서 사람이 붐비지않아서 더 좋았어요.

올드타운과 멀어서 왔다갔다할때마다 택시를 타야했던 점... 자전거 타보려 했으나 날씨가 너무 더워서 자전거타기엔 무리가 있는 거리였음...

Beautiful garden, swimming pool, and property. It was also very convenient that we could use their bikes to explore the area and ride into Hoi An. The staff was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

However, there are just a few things that could use improvement. There was a persistent, irritating humming noise in our room (we booked the Executive Suite) that kept going the entire night. We mentioned it to the staff, and while they did try to resolve it, we ultimately had to use earplugs after the first night to drown it out. Additionally, the neighbors could look directly into our outdoor bathroom; adding some extra plants or privacy screens would help block the view and provide more seclusion. Ultimately, it feels like they missed a few of the finer details you would typically expect from a property of this caliber.

תשמעו טוב טוב - זה המקום הכי טוב שהינו בו בשלושה שבועות טיול בויאטנם ! מתאים לזוגות ובודדים המחפשים שקט ואווירה ביתית לצד היכולת להנות מחיי היום והלילה בעיר hoi an ובחופי הים הקרובים. שקט, שלווה, איכות חריגה לטובה של החדר וגולת הכותרת - צוות מדהים !!! מומלץ בחום
