Sứ Retreat Hoi An - Riverfront Resort

Un séjour inoubliable dans ce magnifique resort ! Les chambres sont magnifiques et très spacieuses avec une salle de bain extérieure comprenant une baignoire et une douche . Il y a également une douche intérieure !! Le mobilier, la décoration et le linge de lit et de toilette sont très soignés. La piscine est parfaite avec des transats confortables et des serviettes à disposition. La nature est omniprésente pour notre plus grand bonheur 😊 Le petit-déjeuner est superbe avec un grand choix de salé et de sucré Et le personnel est absolument incroyable !! Toujours prêt à renseigner et rendre service Il y a également de très bons vélos à disposition pour se balader ce qui est très appréciable Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel

Everything feels like perfect. It is what peaceful look like for me. All the staff are amazing! Not only the property itself but the staff in it who made my stay complete and satisfying. Huge shoutout and a thank you to Alice, Vincent, Sue, Nancy, James, Mia, Jack, Andrew, Jupiter, and Amy for the excellent service. (Everyone at the property did an amazing job my bad if I missed anyone to add here)

Facilities, staff, spa were all amazing. The staff were helpful, friendly and went beyond expectations to assist. Breakfast was complimentary and they remembered our mixed coffee and tea orders from day 1. Villas were incredible, lots of space both private and communal. Su Retreat was just out of Hoi An Old Town easily accessible by taxi within 10 minutes, enough to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable, far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to access. We had a 3-bedroom villa which included 3 bathrooms and a private pool. I cannot regale this complex highly enough. Great value for money. We had a private BBQ on our terrace one evening, I can only suggest if there are more than 2 of you this is a "not to miss" experience. Will be back soon!

A coffee machine or plunger in the Villa would be a nice addition, along with coffee to match the machine.

The resort is very lovely, far away from the main town area (10 min drive). It is peaceful, the pool area is very nice. The beds are large and comfy. The staff are so friendly.

The breakfast buffet could have been better. Most of the food was stale, and as vegetarians we could not eat any of it except for the fruit. Not a huge problem as there are other great options in the city for banh mi's but it would have been nice to have breakfast at our hotel.
