La qualité la taille et le confort de la chambre pour un prix complètement raisonnable. La gentillesse du personnel le petit déjeuner. Peu de personnes en cette période. Mais personnel présent et arrangeant.

Rien du tout tout était très bien

- Khách sạn mới, phòng ốc rộng, thoáng đãng, sạch sẽ, buffet sáng ổn trong tầm giá, view nhìn ra núi. - Phòng thực tế như ảnh.

- Nước nóng có vấn đề, có lẽ do bình chứa nhỏ, k đủ để vặn vào bồn tắm nên k có xài dc. alo chị chủ thì cứ bảo đợi trong khi cứ xả một lúc nước lại lạnh và tiếp tục đợi. thái độ chăm sóc khách chưa tốt, mình tắm nc ấm ấm rồi lạnh. - Vị trí k ở trung tâm hẳn nhưng vẫn ok.

The listing on booking.com showed the acept credit cards, but they said the machine was broken.

It was a really odd experience, their information book in the room states they take card/visa/mastercard etc, but the staff refused, followed us to our room and refused to leave the room until we'd paid in cash, making us unpack our bags in front of her to find more cash, literally reaching her hand into our wallet to pull out the money. Multiple times despite having our do not disturb sign up staff knocked on the door for various things, once we kind of shouted through the door "not now" because we'd showered and weren't decent (8am) and the staff kept knocking and knocking until I opened the door. There were I think staff/family smoking in the lobby inside which we could smell directly from our beds. The shower room unfortunately flooded everytime we showered, and there was limited hot water, so even though the room had a bath it wasn't usable. Everytime we went to reception there was no one there, and had to wait for a while to be noticed despite there being a bell which we pressed but didn't seem to work. We had laundry done, and quite a few items came back still with visible dirt on them and the socks were still quite wet, making us unsure whether the rest of our washing had actually been done? Was just a bit of an odd vibe and we wouldn't stay again, we'd stayed other places in Sapa in a similar price bracket with better experiences. Sorry!

The stay was really comfortable, the staff is super sweet and courteous.

Breakfast needs to improve as it needs to have more vegetarian options

It was massive. I like that they have a lot of socket and very clean. They clean the room everyday. They have buffet breakfast and they offer to book bus. The location is quiet. It is comfortable. All the staff are awesome, with a can do and excellent service and it gives me a good value of money. They do have fast internet. If you want to skip the busy Place of Sapa and comfort then go here.

Breakfast is early from 7-9 only. The location is quite far from the center. But they can book you a taxi or you can book grab. It is walkable though but it will take you 15mins-20 mins. The view that I had was only residential in front of a junkshop.
