The amenities were fantastic and of good quality for the price. Bathroom was very nice and spacious. Hot running water always which is such a necessity when you’re in Sapa. Room is also huge. Plenty of sockets everywhere to plug in your devices. Heater was working well too. Lovely stay. The staff was friendly as well.
Location is just about 10-15 mins away from the main Sapa shops. If you’re coming back at night, it’s a bit out of the way so best if you have a vehicle otherwise it’s a hassle to walk back. We didn’t have a view from our room. But if you’ll see the mountains when you’re having breakfast at the restaurant upstairs so that was nice!

The property is relatively new being on its 10th day of operation. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on, pillows are nice and fluffy, sheets crispy white and towels soft and absorbent. The owner Khanh ta is friendly, pleasant and accommodating. She helped us book our tour to Phang Xi Phan, bought our Vietnamese coffee and called our shuttle driver to Hanoi and gave directions to find the hotel. Breakfast buffet is sufficient, tasty with healthy choices. Value for money
Location of hotel is in a remote area far from the City Center about 2.5 km. Have to take cab to town for meals, shopping and grocery. Bathroom shower wasn’t draining well.
