Msr Khanh was very helpful and supportive during the journey.

Big spacious room, comfy bed, clean. Owner is very lovely, she made sure we enjoyed the stay and cared for us all the time. Cooked for us breakfast and gave good information. New hotel, with big potential. Very good price and we likes is a bit far from center as is quite at night and can rest well. We rented scooters for good price, around 150-200/day. Also laundry was done super fast, amazing.

We enjoyed a lot the right side room from the elevator, the one without bath tub. As has bigger windows and feels more fresh and more light.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in whilst travelling Vietnam. The hotel is brand new and everything feels so clean and fresh. The rooms are really bright and spacious, with super comfortable beds. The owners where very helpful with everything. It is worth to comeback.

The hotel was super clean and modern. It was about a couple of kilometers from the loud, busy city center and costs about $30000- $35000 Vietnamese dong for a taxi ride to the night market or city center, so not so bad. I had very restful nights. The owner, Ms Khanh, was super helpful in calling for my taxis and arranging my trekking tour and bus ride to Ninh Bình. She was always helpful… thank you Ms Khanh. Free breakfast on the terrace was simple but more than sufficient with delicious chicken pho.

Major issues at this place. This hotel isn't finished. We booked a room with a bathtub, the bathtub wasn't actually plumbed in. So it just leaks all over the floor and there isn't enough hot water to fill even half of it. The food here was terrible, zero seasoning whatsoever. Breakfast is served whenever they feel like it and there is no communication on when/how they serve it. It was randomly brought to our room one morning just as we were checking out. A woman entered into our room with a key card at 5:30pm the first night. We had the do not disturb sign on the door. She didn't knock at all, and just entered into the room unannounced. We didn't get much of an explanation on this. At check out, we were outside waiting in front of the hotel for our pre booked shuttle ride to the bus station. The bus company called the hotel to tell us they were coming and the woman cancelled our ride. Telling them we we got a taxi, which was never once said to her. For the price I would absolutely stay elsewhere.

Looked good and it was not in the city center, so there was no noise. The receptionist was very kind.

It was very moist, there was water on the floor near the windows. The room was cold and the AC did not have a properly working heating function. They do not accept card payments.

Beautiful hotel with bungalows. Very peaceful, close to sapa. Food was amazing, and staff were beautiful too. The heated bed was very appreciated too.
