"Must stay in Hoi An"

The staff here are nothing short of exceptional, special mentions to Tiffany, Giang Gi Gi and Ame who made us feel welcome and loved. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing, the breakfast is great and the Pho in the restaurant is one of the best we have had, ever! Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the shower was amazing!!

Incredible place! We initially booked it for two nights, but when we arrived at the hotel we decided to stay for three nights. We loved everything and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Part of that is due to the top notch service we encountered at the reception. We felt so much care and warmth here. The hotel manager Luna (Lu An if I’m spelling it correctly is her Vietnamese name) was so helpful and cheerful — we were never created with the this amount of hospitality! When we arrived at the hotel, the only room available for us to book for the third night was another type of room, but with the same layout, so when we checked out from our previous room, we were able to immediately move to a new room, so the process was smooth and we liked it a lot. The food at breakfast was so good and varied, and we enjoyed having breakfasts in such a stylish place. Overall, it’s was our best stay during our trip to Vietnam. Highly recommended. You get incredible value for the price you pay. P. S. The beds were insanely huge, probably more than 2 meters wide!
